Christmas in Cottenham is a particularly good time of the year.  There are numerous events and many traditional services are available to residents.

In Oakington road we have one house decorated with thousands of lights and the chance to see Santa.

On Christmas Eve Santa drives round the village on his sleigh, drawn by a vintage tractor.  This is becoming a very popular event and children (and parents) delight in watching out for Santa.
